Alanna Lazarowich, MBA
Founder and Coach
Alanna brings a wealth of experience and accomplishment to leadership and executive coaching. With a background spanning academia, industry, and government, she is deeply passionate about helping others innovate, collaborate, and build effective teams.
She is a Senior Director on Kellogg’s Executive Programs team at Northwestern University, where she designs and directs custom programs focused on innovation and strategy. Earlier, she spent 15 years as a strategy consultant at Deloitte, Kearney, and Northwestern Medicine, and a decade as a U.S. diplomat with the Department of State.
